A reserved environment, managed by us, built to give you security, consistent performance and the freedom to grow.
A private, dedicated instance
Every client gets their own dedicated instance: application and database run in an isolated environment, reserved exclusively for you. Nothing is shared with other companies — which means greater security, consistent performance and full freedom to customise.
Hosting and licences included
Servers, operating systems and software licences are already part of the subscription. There's nothing to buy or renew separately.
Infrastructure we own
We don’t resell third-party cloud services: the infrastructure is ours and we manage it directly. That lets us guarantee control, continuity and transparency over where and how your data is handled.
No limits that hold back growth
The subscription doesn’t grow with your headcount: unlimited users and unlimited VPNs. You can give access to your whole company — from the office to the shop floor — with no per-seat costs. Dedicated database storage is included, enough to handle years of production data, and expandable when you need it (see options).
New features with no upfront development fees
When your company needs a new structured feature, you won't be handed a one-off development quote. The platform evolves through a review of the subscription, not through upfront development fees: costs stay predictable and Plasma grows alongside you.
Security on multiple levels
Protection is built into every layer: from network traffic through to the backups of your data.
Network Security
An Intrusion Prevention system analyses traffic and blocks attack attempts before they reach the application. A reverse proxy sits between the internet and your services, hiding the internal infrastructure and adding a further layer of protection.
Data Protection
The database is protected by immutable backups: once written, copies can no longer be altered or deleted — not by a ransomware attack, nor by human error. In the event of an incident, data is restored from an intact copy.
Your data stays in the EU
Your data never leaves the European Union. Servers are physically located in Italy, on infrastructure we own — which means full data sovereignty, GDPR compliance and no dependence on foreign hyperscalers: you always know where your information is and who safeguards it.

The platform stays up to date and supported over time, with commitments defined by contract.
Maintenance and bug fixing
The platform stays up to date, secure and performant over time. Routine maintenance and issue resolution are included, with no surprise one-off interventions.
Support with an 8×5×NBD SLA
Support is guaranteed by contract: assistance during business hours — 8 hours a day, 5 days a week — with issues taken on and resolved by the next business day (NBD). A formal commitment, not a vague promise.
