What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide:

• full name
• company and role
• email address and phone number
• the content of the message you send us

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to respond to the requests submitted through the contact form, to provide the information or demo you asked for, and to manage the subsequent business contacts related to your request.

The legal basis for the processing is the consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Processing and retention

Data is processed with electronic tools and kept only for the time strictly necessary to handle your request and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Plasma — FTM S.r.l. is a UNI EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified company.

Who we share data with

Data is not disclosed publicly. It may be processed by the controller’s authorized staff and by service providers (for example hosting and email) appointed as data processors, acting on our behalf and in compliance with applicable law.

Your rights

As a data subject you may exercise, at any time, the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR:

• access your data and request its rectification or erasure
• restrict or object to the processing
• request data portability
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal
